By subscribing to EMOM, you agree to a recurring monthly purchase of minimum of one (1) t-shirt per billing cycle.
Billing
Billing occurs at signup and renews monthly. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Monthly Cutoff
Orders lock on the 15th of each month. Changes must be made prior to this date.
Production Model
All EMOM products are made-to-order to ensure limited runs and premium quality.
Shipping
Orders ship after production. Delivery timeframes are estimates only.
No Reprints Policy
All releases are final. No restocks or reproductions.
Account Management
Customers are responsible for accurate shipping details and subscription management.
Cancellations
Cancel anytime before the 15th cutoff. After cutoff applies to next cycle.
Liability
TMBP is not liable for incorrect addresses, missed cutoffs, or carrier delays.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
