Changing an Order
We cannot make changes to orders once placed. Please ensure all details, including size, style, and address, are correct before completing your purchase.
Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Australian Shipping
All orders ship via Australia Post. Rates are calculated at checkout and vary by size, weight, and location.
- Free shipping on orders over $150 AUD (Australia-wide).
- Orders usually leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery timeframes: 1–3 business days metro, 2–4 business days regional.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable for change-of-mind or sizing-related returns.
Local Pick Up
We also offer free local pick up.
- Select Local Pick Up at checkout.
- Orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days.
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with location details.
- Please collect within 7 days or the order may be cancelled or re-stocked.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking to follow your delivery with Australia Post.
Responsibility for Orders
After dispatch, responsibility for loss, theft, or damage passes to Australia Post.
- If your order is damaged, delivered incorrectly, or marked delivered but not received, contact Australia Post using your tracking number.

Delivery Attempts
- If delivery is unsuccessful, your package will be held at the nearest post office or depot for 10 days.
- If uncollected, it will return to our warehouse and a re-delivery fee will apply.
Re-delivery
If returned to us, we’ll confirm details and arrange re-delivery (additional Australia Post fee applies).
